Independent coordinator verifies
A platform-assigned coordinator โ not connected to your contractor or family โ visits weekly. They complete a structured checklist and upload GPS-tagged photos.
You release โ no one else can
Only after the coordinator approves the stage does the payment option appear for you. You review, you decide. If anything looks wrong, the money stays locked.

About our payments
Milestone-locked payments. Not legal escrow โ something you can actually understand.
We do not claim to be a licensed escrow service. What we do: your payment is deposited into the project before work starts. It cannot be released to the contractor until the stage is coordinator-approved and you press the release button. You can see every transaction. A 2.5% platform fee is deducted on each release. 10% is held for 6 months after handover.
